- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my prices are based on the square footage of the house plus fees for additional testing, I offer a bacterial water test (additional water testing available if needed) septic dye test, radon test, and Wood destroying insect Inspection ie:termites, carpenter ants,wood boring bees and wood boring beetles. I also perform air quality and mold testing by request
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always treat all my customers the same, with respect and honesty, but if you are a first time homebuyer i will include more home maintenance information in the report so you can refer to it in the future, I understand what it is like to buy a home myself it can be overwelming, I will answer all your questions and I am available seven days a week if you have additional questions you can call me or email me at any time for as long as you own your home
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in the building maintenance business as a Plant Operations Supervisor for over 20 years before becoming a home inspector specializing in preventive maintenance at a 160 bed Nursing Facility, I completed home inspection training at ITA in Danbury, Conn. and passed the National home inspection test in 2004, I am also A NYS certified Termite Inspector since 2004, I am a current member of INTERNACHI and past member of ASHI
