I bought a fixer- upper 4 years ago and on the recommendation of my neighbor called ML Home Improvement. They responded immediately and offered a free consultation. At our meeting we discussed my budget, priorities, and, based on this, created a feasible timeline. The work included exterior improvements: walkways, garage, painting, fencing, and interior work: kitchen and bathroom, new family room with a screened porch, laundry area, closets, painting- the list goes on and on. ML suggested creative solutions and materials. They were honest and always focused on my happiness with the work. Their integrity and willingness to walk me through each phase was impressive. I love my house and I owe that to ML Home Improvement! I highly recommend them for any and all projects- large or small!
