- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with getting to know my client’s vision, event details, style preferences, and budget. I typically ask clients to complete a questionnaire and send inspiration photos so I can fully understand the overall aesthetic they’re hoping to achieve. Once I have the necessary details, I create a customized proposal tailored specifically to their event needs. From there, we discuss design options, package selections, color palettes, and any additional services they may want to incorporate. After the proposal is approved, a retainer is required to secure the event date. I then begin the planning and design process, keeping communication open leading up to the event to ensure every detail is aligned with the client’s vision. On the day of the event, I handle the setup and styling to create a seamless and stress-free experience for my clients. My goal is always to provide a beautiful, cohesive, and memorable event experience from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While much of my expertise comes from years of hands-on experience, creativity, and continuous self-education within the event industry, I have dedicated significant time to mastering the art of luxury event design through professional training, industry research, and real-world experience. Since launching Alelicious Creations in 2020, I have specialized in custom event styling, balloon artistry, and detailed event coordination. I continuously invest in learning new techniques, design trends, installation methods, and industry standards to ensure I provide high-quality, professional results for my clients. My background in crafting and custom design began long before starting my business, as I have always had a strong passion for creativity and attention to detail. Over the years, I’ve developed extensive experience in creating personalized event experiences, luxury balloon installations, custom décor, party favors, centerpieces, candy tables, signage, and more. In addition to creative design skills, I have also developed strong client communication, event planning, and organizational skills that allow me to execute events smoothly and professionally from concept to completion.
