- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are negotiable. Depending on the situation, tolls and parking would be included. For every person that the customer refers, they receive 20% off on their next trip.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When dealing with a new customer, I get familiar with their area of pickup and drop-off, I look for the best routes. I make sure to review all details with the customer and best adhere to their needs and wants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being in the business for over 20 years, I’ve been in contact with various people in all types of work and they’ve taught me how to do things the proper way.
