Hi there! My name is Kyle van Schoonhoven and I’m a professional singer, and voice teacher. I have recently finished engagements at Lyric Opera of Chicago, Trinity Wall Street’s Prototype Festival, San Francisco Opera, and have upcoming contracts at the Metropolitan Opera. I, personally, believe that anyone who loves singing, with enough guidance, and enough will power, can go as far as they’d like. Yes, you need some luck too, but those who work hard, in this field, are the ones who thrive. I have degrees from the Fredonia School of Music, and Westminster Choir College. I have one degree in teaching voice, and performing, and one degree in teaching music at the public school level.
