- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I typically charge $75 an hour for most clients. That being said my pricing largely depends on the abilities, goals and specific limitations of the clients I am working with so other programs are available
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to learn about their goals, training history and thought process behind establishing those goals. Then I like to introduce my training concepts, starting at a high level conceptual overview and then getting more granular into practical examples. I also prefer to evaluate how my clients can perform fundamental movement patterns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 10 years of gymnastics and traditional strength training experience, 4 years of experience with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai.
