Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We take time to listen to the customers problem(s) before going to work. We really dislike people who listen to a brief description of the problem then ignore the customer and then try to fix a problem which really isn't a problem. We love being able to help our customers who are struggling with an issue they may be having with their computer. Anything that we can do to help, we offer to do.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing system is very easy. We accept PayPal and major credit cards at this time. We charge hourly, if your case takes less than an hour, you're still charged a $10 fee. If we can only fix part of the problem then the cost is $5. If we for some reason cannot resolve your issue we'll charge you nothing! For example there is a problem with your WiFi and I fix that but there was a missing file that I could not find that's only $5. If you have ANY questions on this billing system PLEASE do not hesitate to contact us via email or phone. You can find our contact information on this site or our website. We respond to emails during the week at certain times and now also offer a chat option on our website, however if it is an issue that we need to take control of your computer, we will have to do that during normal business hours which are listed.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that the person who is going to help you, actually helps you. If this person or businesses does not respond to your emails or not in a timely fashion (such as 24 hours) then they are probably not the kind of company you are looking for. It would be a waste of time even dealing with it move on. Don't get me wrong, give the company a chance but if they do something wrong or not in a timely enough fashion I would expect a sorry notice or something, especially if their service is costly. There are so many companies and private businesses out there willing to help, many with a hefty fee and believe it r not many of those company’s don’t deliver what they advertise and in my mind that is so wrong. If you advertise it you deliver it!
