Joe is a great personal trainer and person. The workout is different every day, he even gets new equipment according to your tastes so you enjoy more your workout. I have been training with Joe Wiles for almost two years now, and he is the most experienced and commited trainer around. I started training once a week on a personal one-on-one session and also as part of a group session twice a week. I really enjoyed the variety and challenge Joe puts into the sessions. He is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (and somewhat fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I have seen improvement in my ability to complete exercises ( core,lifting, cardio, etc). My overall workout endurance has improved tremendously. Important- Joe ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable- Always set up and ready to start training with an exercise routine planned. I throughly enjoy working out in the outdoor environment as well as indoors which he exposed me to do both. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The initial encounter always begins by finding out the clients goals. Once these are discovered we move on to a physical assessment to establish our baseline starting point. It's important that the client enjoys their training sessions so the next step involves getting to know what types of activities you enjoy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?As a certified personal trainer and Doctor of Chiropractic with a Masters degree in sports and exercise science I have an extensive background in fitness, nutrition, health and wellness.
