- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use a basic quote system, meaning I will send a price quote along with a message stating that the quote is just that a quote it is not a confirmed price. Once I have seen the space in need of cleaning I will then commit to a set price. My reason for this is in the past I have cleaned places that I should of charged either way less or way more, but there was nothing I could do because the agreement was made with site unseen.

I will go to site to evaluate the customers needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the cleaning business for over 30 years.
