- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I currently offer three different coaching packages because sometimes we need a little more support; a little more structure; or a quick pick me up to make it through the day. Sessions are charged via PayPal, Credit Card, Cash, or Venmo at the beginning of your package. Payment plans may be offered depending upon the package and coaching plan selected. Packages range from $135 to $150 a session. Message me for a breakdown of my packages, the first 30-minute introductory session is free!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to maximize your results while working together, we will begin by discussing your goals, current challenges, and changes that you want to make throughout the different aspects of your life. In order to open up your mind and allow you to discover the answers you have been seeking, I will use my unique skills and techniques - designed specifically for you - to get a deeper understanding of what it is that you want and what is preventing you from reaching your true potential. Accountability is key. One of my primary responsibilities as your coach is to hold you accountable for our action plans and assignments. My commitment to keeping you accountable is what will enable you to achieve long-lasting results. Throughout our partnership, it is my goal to help keep you motivated, inspired, curious, and engaged; all while being able to fully support you and be there for you throughout this part of your journey. I pride myself on providing my clients with an open, honest, and judgment-free space where we can connect deeply and explore your wants, desires, and aspirations. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with my Bachelors Degree in Restaurant and Business Management from Johnson & Wales University. I have my Certified Professional Coaching Certification, Core Dynamics Certification, and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner Certification (ELI-MP) from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I am ICF certified and am fully accredited in my field. In 2019 I was brought on as a facilitator during the second module of an iPEC certification course, where I educated students on core principles needed to be a successful and accredited coach. Prior to becoming a coach, I managed a full-service restaurant in New York City, where I hired, trained, and motivated my staff and other managers in my field.
