A recent customer was literally cancelled on by another competitor. The customer was on the street with all their furniture & belongings inside their apartment. They had 3 hours and 45 minutes to give back the keys to an empty apartment to their landlord or otherwise be charged a large late fee. We came, did the job in less then two hours. The customer literally cried and was extremely thankful. It made us feel great we were able to help her.
