About The Chef: Chef Wayne began his cooking career at age 16. When asked what sparked his interest in the culinary arts, he often laughs. Why? It was never his intention to enter the field. As a high school student, the classes he wished to enroll (masenery and electrical engineering) were full. The only course with availability was food and nutrition. Reluctantly he enrolled under the impresion his course would be switched. When the opportunity to enter those classes presented itself; it was too late. Chef Wayne fell in love with the art of cooking. About Global Chefz: The culinary landscape is filled with flavors, textures, and techniques that intrigue us. If you can imagine a meal, we can make that meal a reality. This isn’t your mother’s cooking, and it isn’t supposed to be. Our goal is to create meals for you that you are not able to create for yourself. Our menus are customized within your budget using fresh, high quality, in season ingredients. I am very meticulous and very much into the details. Wayne was responsive, courteous and punctual. He made suggestions for a menu for my party of 26 guests. The menu suggestions were perfect. He promised the food would be ready prior to my guests arriving and the kitchen would be clean. He delivered on his promises! My kitchen was spotless and he was long gone prior to my guest arriving. The food was delicious and many of the guest had a second serving. Do yourself a favor and look no further. Hire Global Chefz Catering! The next time we need a chef we will be calling Wayne.

Wayne was amazing ! We enjoyed appetizers and 4 beautifully curated course with a delicious dessert. Wayne used high quality ingredients in every dish. Each course was perfectly seasoned and each dish mounted in flavor profile and complexity. Wayne was punctual and professional and he cleaned as though he was never in our kitchen. He was so delightful to speak with throughout the night and was so well prepared. I couldn’t have asked for a better chef to enter our home.
