I hired Chef Kirk to handle a 16-person catered meal for my team at work and he absolutely crushed it. I had multiple bidders for this event and Kirk impressed me with his inspired menu ideas. He was responsive, organized, prompt, polite and fun to work with at every step. He showed up to the event early to ensure everything was set up perfectly and was the last person out the door to ensure he left the place in great shape. He even brought along an assistant to ensure we kept the event running smoothly and on-time.
For the food, Kirk went above and beyond for every dish - raw bar hors dourves, beautiful charcuterie spread, perfect execution on a fun set of grilled delights (rib eye, lobster tails, sliders) and authentic Jamaican Jerk Chicken. Not to mention he went out of his way to accommodate 4 of my guests who were vegetarian and still had a fantastic meal of their own. To spice things up he even put together a specialty cocktail which was a great way to kick off the day.
Would absolutely work with Chef Kirk again and would recommend him to anyone I know!

I contacted Kirk as a personal chef for a surprise 8th anniversary dinner with my husband and I. Kirk worked with me to create an amazing menu and was very responsive and patient with my many questions. He provided thoughtful advice on table designs and dessert (which I was baking separately) in order to make this surprise anniversary dinner amazing! Although we were looking forward to dinner, we had to unfortunately cancel our dinner last minute for unrelated reasons. Even then, Kirk was so gracious and understanding with our last minute cancellation. We cannot wait to hire him and finally enjoy this long awaited dinner and celebration!!!

We had a great experience with Sukanya Bites. Chef Kirk was responsive, timely and did a great job. The menu was delicious and the presentation was perfect. Food was more than enough. He and his sou chef, Andrew, were great - service was amazing as was clean up. We would definitely engage this team again and again!

Kirk was a great find. He took over all responsibilities for the kitchen during my birthday party. His appetizers were great and his cooking was excellent. His price was very reasonable compared to other catering quotes. I highly recommend!
