You’ll receive a response within 48 hours. 🎉 For Event Planners Planners may browse and select rentals directly or request a curated décor package tailored to their event. Delivery, Setup & Pickup TCE Creative Rentals provides delivery, setup, and breakdown for rental orders with a $500 minimum rental value. No exceptions. 🚚 Delivery & Setup Fees 35% delivery & setup fee on all orders Mileage and tolls billed separately Additional fees apply for multi‑day delivery or setup needs Access Requirements Ground‑floor or elevator access required Service entrances accepted If stairs are required, a 10% convenience fee applies Delivery Schedule Deliveries occur during scheduled business hours Weekend & holiday deliveries include a 20% surcharge Delivery windows are 2–4 hours Clients receive a courtesy call one day prior Rental Duration All rentals are one‑day rentals. Extended rentals require a custom quote. Deposits & Booking A 50% deposit is required to secure all rentals, including balloon décor.
