FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we exchange emails and telephone numbers. Then I send you the menu for the type of event that you are interested in. Once that is done, we can set a date and time for your consultation. The consultation is our opportunity to get to know one another. At this initial face to face meeting, we discuss the details of your event, your vision, and conceptualize the menu. This initial meeting is the foundation in which the event will be built. The tasting is our canvas. This is where you will get to experience a mini version of your event. Our teams' collective imagination becomes your masterpiece. From food presentation to table set options you will learn first hand what to anticipate at your event - and from here, choose the options that align closely to your vision. Once the tasting is complete and all final choices are made, we go into full production mode. Our attention to detail in the preparation, styling, and presentation of the food in unparalleled.
