Jose was punctual and very knowledgeable. I reached out to him due to bathroom leak from one floor to another. Not only did he take his time to review the situation but also kept me abreast on the situation and on his recommendation. keeping me informed. He figured out the cause of the leak (toilet issue) and was able to fix it for me. I highly recommend him.
