Richard and his mate (Shane) helped me calibrate my HTS. They were really knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. They used to work at Magnolia (Best Buy's premium entertainment line) and have so much knowledge about home theater equipment. They gave me some really good advice on how to increase the value of my home through some home improvement projects that not only including video, sound and entertainment, but also lighting, landscape improvements and such. I would hire them for all of those projects.
