"Superb" is the word I'd use to describe Richard and RNS Home Media. For a large (60") TV installation and connection to an existing sound system, Richard and his partner arrived precisely on time and had all the work done in a jiffy. As an added bonus, he calibrated the speaker array to match the acoustics in my living room, something I'd always wanted to have done (it sounds great). Plus, when I returned from a long trip and needed additional help, Richard responded immediately and fixed the problem (which was solely the result of my tech ignorance) the very next day. Richard is a professional to the nth degree and a sweetheart to boot. Do not hesitate to use RNS for your home media installation: they're great.
