- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are presented with a customer folder. Inside they can find some helpful tools on choosing paints, colors, products, and procedures. We do secure our work with a warranty. We let the customer know that we are dedicated to their needs with rapid responses and attentive dedication to helping the customer create the best space for them supplying paint samples, going through colors, designs, and ideas.
