We had issues with our motorized blinds in our new apartment and I cannot tell you how difficult it was for me to even find someone to come to check them out. We were told the motors were shot and the fix would cost anywhere from $850 to $1000/blind to resolve our problem. Jose, however, came in and was thorough beyond thorough. He discovered new batteries would simply resolve the problem! Batteries! It's so refreshing to find someone who is not trying to rip you off and is fair. I would happily call Jose for any issues in the future and you should as well.
