Services: * Boot camp type of workouts * Body building * 30-minute workouts * Ab sessions * Cardio workouts * Boxing workouts All my workouts are designed to target muscles/body parts. For example, you want to work your triceps; do you also want to feel your delts? This is wrong, if you do. What my clients love about my workouts are they are fun and never the same workouts twice. I cater to their needs, and I'm never on the phone while training them. And if need be, I can train you and a friend at the same time. My services entail one-on-one time with you, listening to you and your needs. I only push when I know you can get that last rep out! I'm there for you! I also do group training sessions!

    Looking for a Personal Trainer, make sure you have constant eye contact, and make sure he or she at least looks like a trainer. Always ask questions!
