Katherine was exceptional for us. We initially ordered balloon columns and upon her arrival our DIY arch fell apart. She attended to it and salvaged the arch + other decor. We’ll definitely use Katherine’s services for our decor needs in the future.. no more DIY arches for us.

I needed balloons for a high school reunion, but I could not order them until I received payment from the guests, which ended up being about a week before the event! Katherine was very helpful. She arrived 2 hours before the event. We had balloon centerpieces on each table, in our school colors. We also had a garland with 2 big number balloons, marking our 40th reunion. The price she gave us was competitive and she was very professional. I would recommend her.
