VR Green Cleaning did an excellent job on our wool carpet. Our dog had an accident on our carpet and they were immediately responsive and scheduled the same day. The person sent to do the job was extremely professional and thorough. Our carpet is clean and fresh, almost feels brand new. Will definitely use their services again!

The team was friendly and the work was solid, but a few things to note. The appointment time changed multiple times, which wasn’t a big issue for me since I have a flexible schedule, but it could be inconvenient for others. I wasn’t informed that water from my apartment would be needed — and since my building has hard water, I wouldn’t have gone that route had I known. After the cleaning, the couch had a strong, lingering odor (almost fish-like), possibly from the equipment used, and I ended up needing to clean it again myself. Overall, not a bad job, but the experience could’ve been smoother.
