Kim has been employed as a personal chef with me since 2012. I have strict dietary restriction gluten-free and dairy-free. With these restrictions, Kim has managed to create a filling menu and the food tastes absolutely delicious month after month. With Kims cooking, I do not miss the gluten and dairy in my diet. Kim is consistently punctual and always confirms prior to the appointment. She arrives prepared and start and ends on time. All the cooking is done in my kitchen and Kim does an excellent job with clean up after the job is done. Overall, I would highly recommend Kim as personal chef to anyone with or without dietary restrictions. She definitely listens to what your needs are and creates an amazing way to fulfill on it.

Great Job Chef Kim Taylor I had the opportunity to be one of the guests that was present at the Rain Bow Fashion Week Fashionista. This really was an extraordinary event ! I had the chance to sample Kim Taylors dishes. They were all delightfully delicious..

I understand the that an event I attended in early January that you are in deed the chef who catered the event...all the food was delicious. I especially loved I believe it was a salad that had mangos. .Loved it...

We work within a clients budget and ask a series of questions to allow us to make better recommendations as it relates to clients expectations of food cost, seasonal challenges etc.,

I'm graduated from Natural Gourmet Institute for food healing, Arts Institute of NY/ Culinary Program ( AOS ) Executive Culinary Trainer for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line RCCL.
