Carte Blanche helped me put together a wonderful buffet for my company' Christmas party. The Chef has a great experience and was in control of the the all evening. I highly recommend this service !

this is my favorite private chef in the city because of all the love and care he put into the dishes. the Boeuf Bourguignon is to die for and the precision of the appetizers is stunning. and a charming young man with a great career ahead!

Dinner last night with Carte Blanche was great experience. Chef Vincent and a waiter arrived on time well prepared. Every detail from setting up the tables and sitting suggestions to the taste of foods and presentations were excellent. He explained every course to the guests and after dinner even the clean up was very prompt and neat. He even sang with us (I had karaoke and we were singing) If I have future event I will definitely have him again. Reina Choi

After reading the outstanding reviews for Carte Blanche, I decided to give them a shot at catering a breakfast for 250 creatives at the New York Public Library. Every aspect of the service Vincent, Benoit and the team provided was seamless. What was extra refreshing was the menu. Personally I find American continental breakfasts to be less than ideal when it comes to health and taste, how nice it was to see crêpes, clafoutis and a green smoothie. The only suggestion I would make for next time is to have labels for the food listing ingredients if it isn't already obvious. Overall a GREAT experience.
