Introduction: Mr. Saucy - The Catering Chef specializes in a wide variety and selection of classical Dominican inspired dishes and a unique spin to your favorite sauces, and provides professionally prepared, and great, healthy, quality, and traditional delicious Dominican dishes customized to each client's catering needs. Your selections go from grilled, fried, or oven-roasted salmon, chicken, pork, lamb chops, steak, jumbo shrimps and more. Dishes can be individual or mixed. All feasts come with a side of either curly fries, onion rings, potato wedges, sweet potato fries, mofongo, vegetable pasta/lo mein, white rice, yellow rice, or wheat rice, plain, mixed with vegetables, with Latin sausages, or customized to your taste. They also come with a side of either sweet plantains, tostones with mojito, stuffing, and a side of either a mixed salad, or mixed vegetables. Finally, the saucy part is that you choose which sauce(s) you want on your dish! We serve BBQ, honey BBQ, spicy BBQ, mom's mojito, salsa de tomate, teriyaki, sweet and sour, sesame, General Tso, sweet garlic, butter garlic, red wine, honey mustard, Alfredo, and there are more to come. Minimum dishes per catered event is 20 servings. All dishes are prepared and sealed with aluminum warming trays, and delivered to your event on time. You must call and place orders 40 hours in advance to get the best taste! All major credit cards are accepted.
