OpenSkies Hospitality was exceptional in every way. From custom proposal to fit our budget, to flexibility in floor planning and pre-planning communication, to the day of the event. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 7 years so my standards are high when working with catering and events company. I was thrilled with how our event was handled and, most importantly, how it was executed. The ideal catering and events team makes the company contact look like a rockstar when the event is a huge success. If you want a team that will elevate your party, look no further than OpenSkies! A few examples... -We had a strict and tight budget that they were able to work with and provide exceptional menu options -Email communication was easy and simple. Responses were always received within 24 hours. -Simplistic billing/invoicing and contract process. -Day of the event I arrived an hour early to oversee setup as I anticipate there always being something that goes awry the day of events. Everything was set up exactly as we had discussed and the banquet staff was fully prepared and no additional help was needed. We had guests arrive early and the banquet staff was ready with passed appetizers and bar service. Thank you OpenSkies Hospitality and The Liederkranz Club for making our event one our staff will be talking about for years to come!

Hired Openskies Hospitality to cater two separate Grand Openings at one location and was OVERLY pleased with their services. Chef Albert and Front of the House Mgr. Phillip ensured that everything was excellent from placing to the very last detail including how much ice there was and where the disposables went after use. Extremely satisfied and in fact, I wish they would always be around to ensure this kind of service to all my staff/ customers. Oh, and did I mention that the food was incredible! Mario killed it behind the bar, and the staff was more than pleasant, they always had a smile on their faces and always eager to help. Will definitely hire again, just wish another event came sooner rather than later :)
