Melissa’s food was ok, she was able to provide enough food and accommodate for dietary restrictions, but for the cost the quality could have been better. Her staff was also untrained: they were unable to answer guests’ questions about ingredients in the food (Q: “What’s in the bruschetta?”, A:”...it’s bruschetta”) and needed explicit directions on setting up and cleaning up.

Your guests were complementing me and my staff for the food, so I am not sure where this mis-understanding came from. I will admit, the set up was a bit chaotic, but that was out of our control. We arrived at 4PM to set up for your 6PM event, however minutes before we arrived you advised us we had to wait until 5:30 to set up for your 6PM event start time. Given these circumstances, and still managing to get your food out on time, my staff and I did the best we could with this unplanned change.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing varies depending of the type, size and scale of an event. Group (3 or more) Cooking Classes $100/person Cocktail Style Catering packages start at $50/person + local sales tax & service. Personal Chef and or catering packages start at $60/person (brunch / lunch) or $75/person (dinner) + local sales tax & service. *Volume discounts applied to groups of 50+ guests
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to understand the needs of my clients from the beginning. I highly encourage a free consultation call to understand your vision and make it come to life. All of my offerings are completely customizable for a unique culinary experience. We emphasize a VIP experience for all customers. For all events, my staff and I arrive ahead of the event to set up, stage & do any necessary food preparations for food freshness. At the conclusion of each event, we breakdown your space leaving it just as we found it so you do not have to lift a finger.
