Monster Tech Pros is a superb IT service that truly understands the anxiety business owners experience trying to navigate their way through the intimidating process of finding the right solutions for their software needs. I became acquainted with Monster Tech Pros when my business fell victim to ransomware by a cyber-attack. Monster Tech Pros was able to recover and restore our data and implement a network and backup system that kept our data secure. I will forever be grateful for the compassion and understanding Monster Tech Pros exhibited throughout this traumatic event. Once our system was recovered, they proceeded to transform our case management system which was antiquated and unorganized. Our computers were very slow and document sharing was cumbersome. They were able to migrate us into new case matter software. Not only did it help organize us, but it increased our productivity tremendously. They were also able to create a new network for our computers that addressed all of our previous issues and keep our data secure. In addition, they were also able to implement a new telecom service that reduced the cost of our phone bill. I highly recommend this company.

They are courteous and knowledgeable they are efficient and know what to do in all situations without an additional call back. they can usually solve many of the issues and updates remotely i highly recommend them.
