BRITTNEY!! An ANGEL! I hired her and her assistant Tara as my DOC, and boy was she good! I planned my entire 140 guest wedding on my own, but as the day was coming closer I just knew I needed to get someone's help. After searching several coordinators, Brittney was professional, responsive, flexible, and organized. She kept in touch with me as I was running around all crazy preparing, and sent over ideas as well. The big day went perfectly thanks to her! She was calm and collected the whole time--I don't know how! Having planned everything myself and falling under stress, there were a lot of minor details that I'd completely missed, but she ALWAYS caught them and let me know, and was even able to find alternatives for them. She checked in often and kept us on time, and organized everything during cleanup as well. THANK YOU!!!!

Brittney was one of the best things at my wedding. I genuinely do not know how I could have gotten through my wedding day without her. Not only is she an incredibly lovely person but she amazing at wedding planning. Starting 8 weeks before Brittney provided me with several helpful resources she has on hand as a checklist for small little details that we hadn’t thought of. After sharing all my vendor contracts she read through them and highlighted all the details that I missed and helped me amend the hours for some where I would have missed out due to the gap between my reception and my ceremony. She also started working towards providing a thorough detailed timeline and contacted every vendor for start times and contact info to add to timeline. She literally made my wedding day the most relaxing enjoyable day of my life and I am forever grateful. Thank you Brittney!

Brittney was a joy to work with and made our wedding perfect! She took our vision (from a very brief phone conversation) and found the perfect venue. While she gave us a few options, she really edited it down to the couple that fit our budget and feel. Not to mention, we contacted Brittney when I was 41/2 months pregnant and she planned the wedding in 6 weeks! She found all our vendors and couldn't have been more responsive and organized. On the day of the wedding she was totally calm and everything under control. We really couldn't be more grateful! I'd hire her in a second for any event.

Brittney has been an invaluable resource and advisor during our entire planning process. We're sort of hands-off when it comes to our wedding and our focus is more on nailing down the major elements of a good party so we can enjoy ourselves and not get bogged down with details. Brittney totally gets that. She is a fantastic listener and a true professional. She has checked in with tips to keep us on track, offered recommendations for fabulous vendors from her arsenal of partners, and is just generally a fabulous, thoughtful person.     While I do provide a price in my quotes, each wedding and event is unique so let's chat!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Once a quote has been approved, I will request an initial conversation about your ideal wedding day, what you've already done and what needs to be done. From there I will provide a contract with all the specifics, make sure we're on the same page and get to work!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I've worked in events and project management roles for several years and just fell in love with weddings! I've always loved the fast paced, excitement and most importantly, love going into your special day.
