- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I need to understand the scope of work in order to be able to quote. My pricing is within the market range. For last minute bookings, sometimes I can offer a discount, but for that, we need to consult.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- We get on a quick call to understand your vision, requirements and your budget. - I then discuss the management fee and send over a detailed scope of work. - Once you're happy, you pay the booking amount and we take it from there!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Did corporate events for 3 years for high-end luxury brands, such as Gucci, Harvey Nichols, Bloomingdale's, etc. Would help out at weddings on the side, and eventually took it up full-time.
