We had the pleasure to work with Sam after our dog bit our son. At the time, we were considering to rehome our dog. He helped us regain our confidence in our dog Marty and rebuild our bond with him. We were able to include our kids in his training as well. Our sessions were very informative and he gave us all the tools we needed to continue working with him independently. We saw great progress right away and we are very thankful! Would highly recommend Sam for any training purpose or goal!

We have only had one training session but after 5 previous trainers Sam seems to know what he is doing and we have a fear aggressive dog so it is not straight forward. We will be booking more sessions with Sam he is our last hope.

Sam is truly amazing and from the start helped us get on a better track with our 8 month old German Shepherd! He not only works with the dog but also really helps the owner better understand their dog and different approaches to take to address behaviors. It’s clear he is a natural with dogs and our pup took to him right away and started reacting more enthusiastically to our commands and listening. Sam is very professional, patient and kind while also being to the point and really helping us understand what we need to do to improve and develop our training with our dog, which I appreciate as we were able to get more clarity and we saw a difference right away thanks to his suggestions and guidance. He also has been very responsive when I’ve had questions and has provided suggestions and tips for using the right tools, which have made such a difference. Dali would pull a lot on leash and after our session with Sam we finally have him walking next to us on walks and not pulling constantly. I very highly recommend Sam!!!!

Had my first session with Sam Jessel today and I could already see an improvement in my puppy Halo's behavior. Halo has been having some behavioral problems and he showed me some great commands/tips and how to manage him better. Now I feel optimistic that with continued practice of Sam's tips he will start to listen on first command. Leash pulling is also a problem and he even stayed an extra 15 minutes just to get in some more leash training with Halo. Sam is very professional, kind and I could tell he is very experienced in training dogs. I will definitely be booking another session with Sam. I recommend him 100%!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $150 for a 60 minutes session. I charge $50 for deposit and the rest of the payment will be charged by the end of the session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At first I would like to get to know you and your dog. I would like to know about the living conditions and the environment that you are currently living in. I would like to know your schedule with your dog( feeding times, playtime, walk time ) . After gathering enough information we can work together on creating a game plan for training.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and experience comes from the military serving in the K-9 unit special forces.
