I've been to my share of "healers". This was quite an experience. Peter's energy was healing and euphoric yet profoundly powerful!! I felt blockages in certain chakras either pop or just melt away. Being in a session with Peter Goldbeck is like being in a womb with the abilitiy to make apparent miracles. It feels like sitting in an ocean of warm loving waves. A subtle gentle concentrated curative force approaches and the tensions and pains of the day are embraced and released. He truly has a gift from God. Karoliina is absolutely fantastic. I've trained with her for over a year, and having trained with many coaches before, i can say she's the most motivated, knowledgeable and professional i've seen, hands down. She combines unique knowledge of nutrition with sports theory, but most importantly, as an athlete who did from team sports to competitive skiing, running, etc, she has lots of practical knowledge and experience to draw from (and can actually run with you while coaching, for example). She is absolutely the way to go!!!
When I decided to take the plunge and look for a personal trainer, I starting asking my friends for referrals. After a few recommendations didnt pan out (timing/fees/personality), I decided to look on-line. I was skeptical about this route, but after reading the testimonials and biographical information on Curtis website CROSS COMPOUND , I was not only impressed but my intuition told me I had found the real deal. My positive feeling was confirmed within just a few sessions with Curtis. From the get-go it was obvious he genuinely wants to provide his clients with the motivation and best possible training regime he can offer. HIs questions were extremely thorough about my health history, lifestyle, goals and expectations. He asked more questions then some doctors Ive gone to in my life! His experience, knowledge and expertise are impressive, to say the least. I am now about 8 months into working out with Curtis. I certainly have a ways to go, but I feel that I could not be in better hands, and his care and concern for my well-being and progress have not diminished one bit over that time. Be prepared to sweat a whole lot. And feel good about yourself a whole lot. Go for it. Glad I did.
Ergi is the first trainer i have. I have already been training with Ergi for more than 2 months. The methods he uses is really gonna change your body. I came to him with really weak strength exercise and he helped me with weight control and strength. And he also gives you nutrition support. I highly recommend Ergi as personal trainer. i am pretty sure he is going to be my trainer for a very long time.
Wayde has been my personal trainer for the past 6 years, consistently motivating and inspiring me to achieve my goals nutritionally and physically. He's a good listener and always seems very interested in his client's welfare. He tailors my work out accordingly and mixes it up so I'm never bored with routine. He passionate about what he does and makes training fun and comfortable in a way, that even when the the session is challenging, you complete it without even realizing. He practices what he peaches and even exhibits most of the exercises himself, so you never feel alone. If you stick to his suggested plan your are sure to see results....He's just an amazing trainer!

From eating the right food to doing the right exercise, from Breakfast to Dinner even snacking on the right snacks she has it all. I lost 10 lbs. doing it her way. At first I thought what the hell she really doing to me having to start my morning drinking water not just water but so much water. I told her I wanted to get my belly down and I was diabetic and hypertensive but she was going to swell me up drinking an ocean in the morning then eating fruits, boy I told her straight "I want to lose weight but You don't have to kill me, gosh I was mad as hell...It just the Belly, the diabetes and the high blood pressure. Then the right eating , I had to follow the way she cooks the way she prepares the food, so that one gets the nutrition from the food and not eat garbage. So I listened, I follow, and I practice. Well now "wow"you know I am ten lbs. less my health is very good I'm in good shape. Last week my appointment with the Eye Specialist came up and I was so surprise to hear the Doctor's comments, the man read my notes then looked at me and said what! you are suffering from diabetes and high blood pressure well! madam if that's the case you have this well under control. I was so shock so I went back to my Doctor and he had to take me off the medication he had me taking and set up another appointment so he can do another check-up....all thanks to my Coach and listening to her advice on my bad eating habits and lack of the proper exercise routine. I'm a young 61yrs old woman having all the fun in the world no longer tired and out of breath. And now I can Cook.
