I believe that people are beautiful inside and out, but sometimes, it's hard for them to see their outer beauty. As a professional makeup artist, my job is to not only provide makeovers but also educate my customers. On a personal note, I am also a professional singer who released my first CD called Spasm in 2013. Being a singer on the stage, image is important. If I don't feel beautiful, it carries off through my charisma, confidence, and self-esteem. So on a personal level I understand the importance of feeling beautiful both inside and out. As Marilyn Monroe quoted, "Beneath all the makeup, and behind the smile, I'm just a girl who wishes for the world." I think we all wish for that.
