- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wharton Wealth Planning is a fee-only fiduciary financial advisor and financial planner. The basic concept around the term fee-only advisor is that this type of advisor can only receive compensation directly from the client for services provided. In other words, fee-only advisors do not receive sales-related compensation or commissions from their employer or third parties (like fund companies).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What want to establish long term relationships with our clients. We offer a complimentary 30 minute introduction call where we can discuss and overview relevant topics and get to know one another. Our typical process is to gather and evaluate a clients information. Next, we develop and present our recommendations and alternatives. Finally, we work with clients to implement those recommendations and very importantly, when necessary, we monitor them on a continuous basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my MBA from the Wharton Business School and a B.S. in economics from Cornell University. I am a Certified Financial Planner and I am also licensed to sell life insurance. CFP® professionals are required to meet extensive training and experience requirements.
