Introduction: I offer a variety programs to meet your students needs. Using the modern approach of western teaching strategies. My program is meant to introduce, entertain and stimulate the young person and perhaps inspire the student to pursue a path in health and wellness. I offer a well-balanced contemporary program for young and older adults that emphasize respect, self-esteem, fitness, self-defense and integrity. Martial Arts are good clean fun for the young and older students alike. It's a great way to release stress. The students will learn the positive benefits of self-discipline and confidence; they will develop coordination and increase their strength and flexibility. Feel free to call anytime.
