What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is clear and discussed before the appointment. TV mounting starts at $120 for drywall and $150 for brick or concrete. Wire concealment, soundbar mounting, and other add-ons are quoted based on the project. Multi-TV installations may qualify for a discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first confirm the TV size, wall type, mount, wire-concealment preference, address, and preferred appointment time. Then we provide a clear final price before scheduling. We arrive prepared, protect the work area, complete the installation, and make sure everything looks right before leaving.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on professional experience with hundreds of TV mounting and wall-installation projects throughout New York City. Our work includes drywall, plaster, brick, concrete, metal studs, Samsung The Frame TVs, soundbars, and clean cable management.
