- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are either per job or hourly. Fairly simple unless you're talking about a major production which needs to be budgeted and presented before the job is sealed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The Graphic Design industry is special and fun because there are thousands of online tutorials available, resource groups and in-person ongoing education courses. The conventions are a great resource for keeping up as well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to manage teams of people doing what I do. I'm too creative, so I needed to start pushing the buttons and craft with my own electronic paint brush.
