- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally I will do projects on a time and material basis. I start at $65 an hour, and can also supply a start to finish quote based on the client's requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to meet the customer and discuss the project, preferably on site. I feel it is important to walk through some jobs to get the layout and meet the customer, owners and building super. Smaller projects can be discussed and quoted with a job description and pictures when needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional with 30 years of experience In construction. I am skilled in many trades. I do repairs. My motto is if it can be fixed I can fix it. Anything I don’t feel comfortable with I will let you know. I have worked extensively in the Home remodeling contracting business. This is my only source of income. As well as commercial work in New York City and upstate New York.
