Introduction: I’m certified in Infection Prevention and Disinfectants. I own a variety of equipment to properly clean all office spaces, restaurants and gyms. This includes EPA approved products and my newest addition is a disinfectant mist equipment. This machine uses droplet mist to reach every crevice and distance and assures the best product coverage! My strength is attention to detail and assessing a situation to give clients to best plan of action to achieve what they are seeking. I'm fortunate to live in the great city of Manhattan which allows me to be readily available to begin your project. I'm very knowledgable in electric work but currently own a business in both concrete polishing and cleaning. Other areas of expertise is most handyman work. I'm looking to engage in project related work since my business can be season work.

Gina’s cleaning service did an amazing job overall. Started with sanding and refinishing the floors and decided to ask them to repaint the walls and ceiling as well. They were very detail oriented. I’m glad I chose them for my new co-op. Would highly recommend.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but GCS did such an exceptional job i felt compelled to! We hired GCS to take on a large scale painting project. Not only did Petter quote us fairly, he was able to get the job done within our limited time frame. The end result was a perfectly painted wall - Petter even pointed out some areas that should be included to make sure everything matched seamlessly. The entire process from first call to cleanup as they were leaving was warm and professional. I will absolutely use GCS for future painting and cleaning needs, and highly suggest you do as well.

Gina’s Cleaning Service / Petter Vasquez is reliable and I was very please with the service, I have use the service several times. When I move last year September I had some light fixtures installed in the bathroom hallway and living room I have called them to build a book shelve in the kitchen and hallway. I had my floors strip and wax. Just recently I had a wall painted and kitchen. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training took place in my hometown of Dominican Republic which includes TV cabling, electrical and even plumbing. My experience in floors was learned in the US and truthfully it developed through plenty of experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Someone who managed construction projects encouraged me to start my own business because they saw I never required supervision. I invested in some industrial machines and thankfully the work came my way through recommendations.
