**NOTE ON MY PAY RATE**: I price by the job, taking scope and complexity into account. I'll give you an estimate beforehand. This pricing system is transparent and equitable for all parties because I work quickly and meticulously. To put it plainly, by not having an hourly rate, you won't see me moving at half speed to prolong the job or adding various fees after the job is finished. Over the last several years, I've concentrated on art installation. Clients regularly ask me to advise on art placement in their homes. I also work with many interior designers, all of whom value my aesthetic input. When you hire me, you'll be getting an expert in art hanging, along with the added benefit of 'design services'.
Services I provide specifically through Thumbtack include:

--Closet and shelving systems
*I also do TV mounting
Installing all manner of objects (art, heavy items, mirrors, shelves, etc.) is also a specialty of mine.
I have expertise in what I call the "Big Three": materials, fasteners and tools. Knowing how these interact with each other in any scenario is the key to success on the technical side. I'm an excellent listener and a very clear communicator, qualities that are critical when dealing with clients.
*I do provide a COI at an additional cost ($40) if that's required by your building. The same fee applies if you need me to bring a ladder.
