- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat pricing for common apartment jobs. Minimum service call applies. Price depends on item complexity, wall type, and quantity. If I discover something unexpected, I’ll confirm any change before proceeding—no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) I ask for photos, sizes, and the item links/models. 2) I confirm what tools/hardware are needed and set a time window. 3) I arrive on time, protect the area, complete the work, and clean up. 4) I do a final check with you before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a practical installer with strong attention to detail and safe work habits. I continuously improve my tools and methods (levels, anchors, layout, clean finishes). For licensed work (plumbing/heavy electrical), I recommend a licensed specialist.
