- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
INTRODUCTORY DEAL OF 2 SESSIONS FOR $100! I want us to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit for working. Therefore I offer an introductory deal that is 2 session for $100. Its important that we are a good fit! After that my prices for home/office gyms are: $100/ individual sessions $90/ once per week $85/ twice per week Independent training gym prices vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I use the first two sessions to: 1. Perform an assessment of my new client. This includes a physical assessment and a verbal conversation about goals. 2. Cover warm ups, basic movements, and other workout essentials. 3. Check in and make a plan for the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Personal Training (through AAPTE at Hofstra) - Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling (John Jay) - Yoga (RYT-200 through Breath for Change) - Certified Nutrition Coach (through Precision Nutrition) - Other speciality certifications (Kettlebells, TRX, Stretching, Boxing, Strength and Conditioning, and more)
