I have a diverse background which includes... - Personal Training (through AAPTE at Hofstra) - Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling (John Jay) - Yoga (RYT-200 through Breath for Change) - Certified Nutrition Coach (through Precision Nutrition) - Other speciality certifications (Kettlebells, TRX, Stretching, Boxing, Strength and Conditioning, and more) Number 3: ECLECTIC ENTHUSIASM I am very passionate about fitness and wellness something that comes through and helps to motivate my clients. I particularly love how fitness and health can come in many varieties and forms (why I diversified my background so much) and I enjoy utilizing the different aspects of fitness to keep my workouts fun and fresh. Working with Evan has positively changed the way I workout. My workout routines had always been on and off as I couldn’t consistently motivate myself. I have tried working out with trainers before but they didn’t really care to my needs and were only there for me when I came to the gym. However, after working with Evan this changed for me. After an initial consultation he was able to effectively set up a great workout routine that I have been able to stick to, and I much more enjoy working out on a consistent basis. I have been able to train with him in person while also being coached by him from a distance taking what he was able to teach me into the gym on my own. Every couple weeks he schedules a call with me to check up on how my training is going, go through progress, and advise on adjustments. Evan was also able to provide me with great nutritional plans to ensure I am getting the most out of my workouts. I have had a great all around experience working with Evan and I highly recommend him.

Evan is a great trainer. He takes the time to understand your needs and goals and tailors each session to meet them. His deep understanding of the science behind anatomy and fitness helps him build total body workouts custom to me. He is also super fun to be around which makes the time go by fast. I usually go into each session feeling lazy and tired, but I leave refreshed and healthy. Evan has become a staple of my week!

Evan was very attentive during our session. He taught me several exercises I was unfamiliar with and thoroughly answered any questions I had. He created a relaxed but focused atmosphere in the gym and we had a very productive session that engaged the entire body. Will definitely use Evan again!

Evan is excellent to work with. He was very attentive to my goals and needs and was able to create a workout that was both challenging and informative. Our workout had a strong variety of exercises that helped me assess how to achieve my fitness goals. He has strong knowledge to an in-depth understanding of health and wellness not only for exercise, but was also had great recommendations for nutrition, recovery, and implementing it into my lifestyle. I highly recommend Evan and believe he can make incredible changes that will help one achieve their health and wellness goals.

Evan is an awesome trainer! He listens and gets to know each of his clients and what their fitness/health goals are. He’s full of knowledge when it comes to health, nutrition, and well-being. I always appreciate when Evan shows new exercises and corrects my form to maximize the workout. He has a great personality and is a very positive person. Evan is a very well-rounded fitness trainer and I highly recommend him.
