I have been working with John for about 24 years. He is extraordinarily knowledgeable and attentive, recalling prior workouts together, and picking exercises that address my needs as well as varying our workouts to keep them interesting and to build my strength. He is encouraging and kind while also being rigorous, knowing when and how to push a client, and when to let off a bit.

I don't know where to begin. From the first day I sat down with John I knew he was the right trainer for me. He has such poise, he is an excellent communicator and provided me with life changing results. He has amazing knowledge and always comes with different exercises. He also went beyond, in that he always would answer any dietary questions on nutrition and made suggestions and recommendations. Thank you John for all that you have done thus far and for contributing to my waking up feeling great every morning. I will never have to look for another trainer thanks to you!
