Had a great experience with Mark. He was punctual and did a thorough job with my inspection. He walked me through each step of what he was doing and gave me an explanation as to what was happening. In addition I contacted him on Thursday and he was there on Saturday, and I had my report by Sunday, so it was definitely a quick process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Pricing starts from $250 for a basic home inspection.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we require phone conversation at first. During our initial conversation we gain enough information to be able to customize inspection to clients needs and to estimate fee and time for inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Home Inspector in NY and NJ;
Licensed High Pressure boiler stationary engineer,
Licensed low pressure boiler stationary engineer;
Licensed Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer;
I hold degree in civil engineering,
