- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fixed and transparent. Most 2-bedroom apartments in Manhattan start around $200 for standard cleaning, $350+ for deep cleaning. You can calculate your exact price at ***************** based on your apartment size and service type. Repeat customers save: 10% on bi-weekly service, 15% on weekly cleaning schedules. Cancellation policy: We understand plans change. Cancel 48+ hours before your appointment for a 25% fee, 24-48 hours before for 50%, or same-day for the full amount. Always free cancellations for Premium members.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's simple: You reach out, we respond fast (usually within minutes), and we'll ask a few quick questions about your space—size, what type of cleaning you need, and when you'd like service. Important: We need at least 24 hours' notice to schedule. Our crews are booked in advance, so we can't accommodate same-day requests. Once confirmed, we'll communicate our ETA, introduce ourselves by name when we arrive, and follow your custom checklist. After we're done, we'll send before/after photos and follow up to make sure you're 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every team member is background-checked and trained in our proven cleaning methods. We're not sending random gig workers—you get professionally trained crews who know proper techniques for different surfaces (hardwood, marble, delicate furniture, etc.).Our training covers advanced cleaning techniques, time management, eco-friendly product use, and safety protocols. We also train on communication—how to spot maintenance issues in your home and alert you before they become bigger problems. Ongoing training ensures consistent, exceptional quality every visit.
