Our cleaning was for my grandmother's apartment who is a hoarder and hasn't had a proper cleaning in years. Most stuff was already thrown out before Dirt Nerd's arrival, but it was also covered with vermin droppings and areas in the kitchen still had roach problems. Anna and Eddie arrived 10 minutes early, were extremely thorough, thoughtful and understanding. Though it was a hugely unpleasant place to clean, you wouldn't know it by their demeanor. They were kind and professional. They stayed 30 minutes past the agreed upon time just to finish cleaning everything in the kitchen. We should have taken before and after photos. It looked like a different apartment. We chose them because they were quick to respond to our request and they were able to come on a Sunday- which is difficult to find. Their pricing model also offers nice discounts for the first cleaning and repeat cleanings. Their service is invaluable. Will definitely be scheduling another cleaning session with Anna and Eddie!

Polina was very thorough and professional in her work. She was punctual and even offered to stay on a little longer than the allotted time slot to complete the remaining cleaning. The cleaning products were efficient but didn't leave any smell or residue. I would highly recommend Polina and DirtNerd and will definitely consider them for my future cleaning needs.

Anastasia did a phenomenal job! The facade of our building is being renovated, and all the accumulated stone and brick dust formed a third of an inch layer on our floors. I can't thank Anastasia enough for her help with it. You wouldn't be able to find a trace of any construction work; she left our apartment in a flawless state, totally exceeding my expectations.
I happened to have sent the payment before I saw my place. When I did see it, I realized that the 20% tip that I had included was terribly inadequate. I texted her asking for the best number to venmo her more tip, and she refused it! I just hope that people don't take advantage of Anastasia's integrity and humbleness. She puts a tremendous effort into her work.

Dirt Nerd saved me the day before Thanksgiving ! Our cleaning lady came down with the flu and Dirt Nerd stepped in with less than 24 hours notice. They were easy to communicate with, on-time and did an amazing job. I will definitely hire them again !

After years of cleaning for myself and long research, I decided to give this company a chance. Lana arrived promptly on time and really well prepared. Having someone clean my mess is somewhat embarrassing for me but I felt very comfortable with Lana. Products she used were eco-friendly and smelled nice. The bathroom looks sparkly and bedroom was very neat. She also helped me organize my kitchen. I felt very relieved from the stress of the clutter I created. I am very satisfied with the results and will use this service again. I would recommend this service to anything that needs the clean break. Thank you Dirt Nerd!
