I’ve booked Joanne through Haven Cleaning several times now and I am amazed every time I return home to a clean apartment! She arrives promptly, communicates with me clearly, does a wonderful job getting into the deep crevices that I don’t want to clean. Jaylin did an excellent deep cleaning job. She came in asked me if I had particular concerns and was very knowledgeable about how to clean. When she finished everything looked good and smelled good. I will be booking for the monthly cleaning. Compared to other companies I got a reasonable price. The owner Jon called me before billing my credit card to make sure I was satisfied!

Everything was amazing from booking to the actual service. Jon was extremely responsive and made sure the process was seamless throughout. Our cleaner Jaylliam was super efficient, professional and didn’t miss a detail that I requested.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, my entire family was home in our small apartment during our booking time but Jaylliam worked with us and you could barely tell that she was around. I was shocked with all she was able to accomplish in the allotted time.
Based on my initial experience, I already have my mind set on consistent cleaning services and would highly recommend Haven.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, everyone has a different idea of what "clean" looks like or even smells like after the job is done. Therefore, if possible, we would love to have a quick 2-3 minute during the initial booking call to learn about your expectations for the cleaning and what areas might require special attention. We add these details to our booking notes and so the more of these details we have upfront, the better we are at delivering a service that meets and exceeds expectations.
