I’ve booked Joanne through Haven Cleaning several times now and I am amazed every time I return home to a clean apartment! She arrives promptly, communicates with me clearly, does a wonderful job getting into the deep crevices that I don’t want to clean. I would recommend her to anyone who’s in need of a regular cleaner - she will do an amazing deep clean of your apartment!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, everyone has a different idea of what "clean" looks like or even smells like after the job is done. Therefore, if possible, we would love to have a quick 2-3 minute during the initial booking call to learn about your expectations for the cleaning and what areas might require special attention. We add these details to our booking notes and so the more of these details we have upfront, the better we are at delivering a service that meets and exceeds expectations.
