I use cleaning services once a month for years and this is the most unprofessional and bad job I’ve ever seen in New York. She was almost an hour late and they said it was because they “forgot to communicate the time window” to me even though I confirmed the day before. Take a look at these photos. The woman was lazy and didn’t even wipe down the dust in the bathroom properly and the toilet is clearly still dirty. I saw so many hairs in the living room and I had to ask her to vacuum again. I am so upset and I have never seen such a poor job in my ten years of living in New York. DO NOT USE and use a higher rated service with more reviews. Save yourself money.

Regarding the schedule, we understand your concern, but it is important to mention that the changes in time were requested several times by you, which is why we sent the last available confirmation. We usually work with a one-hour arrival window and, considering your prior experience hiring cleaning services, we trusted that this could be understood. We always try to resolve any situation to our clients’ satisfaction, but in this case you chose not to accept our proposals.
