They were a life saver. My regular cleaning company that we use didnt show up a few weeks ago so we missed out on a week of cleaning. The following week the cleaner that showed up stole a few collectible items that my daughter had in her room. My husband and I were furious. Today the least, InstaClean NYC came in to save the day. From the beginning they made us feel comfortable, and communicated to us throughout the entire process from picking which cleaning package, to when the cleaner showed up. They are fully insured and bonded. I found out their cleaners are paid well with benefits too. My family is a new customer and we will continue to use them in the future. I needed our office scrubbed from top to bottom because I needed professional photos done for an advertisement campaign. Onthe day of service the two workers arrived on time and were also very friendly and eager to get started. They started cleaning early in the morning and did not stop until the job was completed. The attention to detail was also well appreciated. I recommend InstaClean NYC and their employees without reservation. Thank you, PMS Design
